Help : Using Makesweat : Reset my password
To reset your password, follow the steps. (You need to open the normal login box.)
- Click any ‘Book’ button, which will show the login box if you are not logged in, or ‘Login/Signup’ on the top right of the screen.
Once the login box is open, enter your email address and click ‘Next’
We will check if you have already registered. If you have registered, a second line will appear asking for your password.
If you do not know your password, click the ‘Reset’ button. A 4 digit reset code will be sent to your email address.
Type the reset code in the top box as above. Then type in two matching passwords, and you will be logged in.
If you have closed the ‘Change Password’ box just following the instructions to request a second password reset, which will open this popup box again. The original reset code you’re received will be valid.
