Facility / Room bookings

If you have booked a facility (e.g. badminton court, room, etc.), changes are is managed by the facility provider and not through the booking system. Please contact the provider directly.

 

Change class bookings – cancel and rebook

There is often a cancellation cut-off before an event or class, maybe 12 or 24 hours. The cancellation time is stated on the class booking confirmation email.

You cannot cancel attendance after the cut-off time in that email; please contact the provider directly if you have special circumstances.

To change a class booking, you should cancel attendance at the class you do not wish to attend and then instead book for another class.

 

Here’s what you’ll see if you’re signed into a class or event. The ‘Book’ button will say ‘Booked. Cancel?’. Click this button.

 

 

Then click ‘I do not wish to attend this event’. If the cancellation request is received before the cut-off time you will be cancelled from the class. You pass will be re-credited so that you can use it at another class.

 

Refunds back to your card are not offered

Refunds back to your card are not offered due to fees from the platform provider and the terms and conditions state that passes are not refundable to cash (they can be used for another valid event/class up to their expiry date). In exception circumstances an event provider may agree to refund your pass to cash. Please contact the provider directly to request this.
