To keep your club and member data secure, Makesweat supports various levels of administrator. This page details the levels.

 

Leaders & Level 1

When you make someone a ‘Leader’, they’re able to sign people into events, using either an existing pass or sell a new one for cash payment. They’re not able to get to the main club administration area nor give people passes or change existing passes.

Level 1 administrators can do the same things as Leaders, but for all events. Level 1 administrators are not able to create new events nor edit existing events.

Level 2 & 3

  • Level 2 – Give passes & financial. Same as Level 1, but can also get to the Admin area and do most club activities, such as give users passes without payment and see club data & financial records.
  • Level 3 – Overall club control. Can do anything that’s possible to a club or its events, including linking a different Stripe account. It is recommended that most administrators are not set to this level.
